A booking is not confirmed until we receive a £200 deposit.
No booking is confirmed until cleared payment is received.
Having paid a deposit this confirms acceptance of these terms & conditions.
Payment by bank transfer or cheque only.
The deposit is non refundable.
The balance is due 60 days before your rental commences.
At the same time as the balance is being paid a security payment of £100 is required, which will be returned if no damage as been done to the property.
Details of how to get to villa and obtain keys will be given once final payment as been received.
If you have to cancel you will loose your deposit. If cancellation is after final payment up to 30 days before departure 75% will be charged of rental fee. If cancellation is less than 30 days before departure we will charge 100% of the rental fee unless we obtain a new rental.
The villa is a no smoking villa.
We regret that pets are not allowed.
Check-in time is 16:00. Check-out time is 10:00, unless agreed otherwise.
We ask you to take care of our villa. If there are any problems please call our management company on free phone number provided.
All guests use the villa and pool facilities at their own risk.
